The ART BEAT Youth Arts Festival is a creative expression of the Community Partnership for Youth (CPY) Visual and Performing Arts Academy. March is National Youth Arts Month and is celebrated throughout the United States. The First Annual ART BEAT Youth Arts Festival will highlight dance, music, singing and group instrumentals, spoken word poetry and drama. Come prepared to be creative and join others at interactive “Creation Stations” and a Community Public Art Project. Performers include Guitars Not Guns & Dance Kids of Monterey County.
